Speaking About School Climate in Emerging Vocationalism: Voices of Diversity Within the School

The purpose of the study described in this report was to detail students' perspectives and experiences as they enter, participate, and graduate from programs of emerging vocationalism. Based on a modified grounded theory approach to research, school climate emerged as an important aspect of these emerging vocational programs. The findings presented in this document focus exclusively on the experiences and perspectives of students enrolled in five secondary programs representing various curriculum orientations, locations, and sizes, as well as students with various backgrounds.
