This publication summarizes NCRVE research on leadership. Contents include a conceptualization of leadership and leadership development; a description of the process of developing the Leader Attributes Inventory; a brief report about the criteria vocational instructors use to judge the leadership effectiveness of their administrators; and research and development activities contemplated for the future.
