This monograph gives information on a potential resource which can be used in responding to demands for accountability: the nation's unemployment insurance wage reporting system. The research presented in this book focuses upon the use of this system by thirteen states to track or follow-up on former students in order to gain a picture of their post-education employment and earnings history.
