Meeting Teachers' Professional Development Needs for School-to-Work Transition: Strategies for Success

Recent large-scale reforms such as Tech Prep and school-to-work present teachers with a range of complex new tasks and responsibilities. These may include developing and teaching collaborative curriculum, participating in school-based management, and functioning as members of school/community/workplace teams.
