This is an excellent place to find out what curriculum materials exist for any given vocational topic.

Clicking on any one of these elements within the display record conducts a search for additional related items. Links to task lists developed by the Virginia Department of Education for eight curriculum areas are also valuable resources.
Multistate Academic and Vocational Curriculum Consortium 800-654-3988
http://www.mavcc.org/ -- MAVCC was formerly the Mid-America Vocational Curriculum Consortium when it served only 10 states. Now it has national scope, and member states receive discounts on the purchase of materials. Its catalog is available online in Adobe Acrobat format, but each section is quite large and takes several minutes to download. The site also includes downloadable task lists (also in Acrobat format) and an exellent page of Web links organized by vocational topic area.
