Institutional-Level Factors and Excellence in Vocational Education: A Review of the Literature

This report is part of a larger study which investigates institutional excellence in vocational education, the larger education excellence movement, and organizational development theory. This document develops a theoretical framework for an inquiry into the role of institutions in the excellence of vocational education programs. Structural variables from institutions exhibiting excellence are examined. A review of the literature and an extensive bibliography are provided.
