Vocational education's future will reflect significant changes in types of curricula, delivery of services, and clientele served. Today's and tomorrow's vocational education leaders must be prepared to contend with these changes and the challenges they pose. Presented in this report are several ways that leadership challenges may be met. First, the context for leadership development resources is presented, including discussions about contemporary leadership development arrangements and leadership development program concerns. Next, a four phase framework for resource use in leadership development is presented. Also, the selection of leadership development resources is detailed and a resource assessment form is presented and discussed. Appendices include profiles of selected resources as well as listings of leadership development providers, services, and resources.
