J. Moss, Jr., Q. Jensrud, B.-C. Johansen

The report contains (1) an account of the evaluation design and procedures used, (2) separate descriptions and evaluations of each of the ten leadership development programs, (3) the results of a meta-analysis based on all ten programs, and (4) recommendations that will help vocational educators plan more effective leadership development programs for graduate students.
