Limitations
- The findings of the study were based primarily on the perceptions of the
study participants.
- The selection process for participants was guided by their willingness and
availability to participate.
- Participants' support, interest, and concern for the diversity process
could have exaggerated real interest and concerns of the organization.
- The quality of the interview data depended on the emotional state of the
interviewer and the interviewee and the level of rapport between them.
- Interview responses could have been affected by recall errors and the
possible self-serving nature of replies.
